Better Together Coffee

The name says it all, really. We wanted to build a spot here in Japan that's all about family, and to be honest, it's Momo and her sister who really run the show at the shop.

While the golf gear is a separate thing altogether, this shop is the home base for everything we do. It's where Momo and her sister handle the day-to-day—from the service to the atmosphere. Momo's sister is the absolute master of the kitchen; she does all the baking for the shop and everything she makes is 100% gluten-free. It's all handmade, high-quality, and the perfect match for the coffee.

My role is mainly behind the scenes helping out with the roasting and keeping the website running, but the shop itself is their territory. It's a simple, family-driven space where we focus on fresh roasts and great food. Whether we're roasting for the shop or for the golf side of the business, it all happens right here.
